We are excited to announce that Online Banking has received a new look and feel. The items below highlight the improvements. (Click the + sign to expand the section)
With the 2017 Online Banking update you will notice a new clean, simplified homepage and intuitive menus. This will make finding the information you need easier.
The transfer, bill pay, and transaction history features have been improved. Transfers now require fewer steps to complete, bill pay now opens on the homepage, and transaction history has a new layout. These improvements will make completing transactions and finding account information quicker.
Additionally a responsive web design, which resizes the menus to the size of your screen, will improve your experience when completing transactions on mobile devices.

For the Bill Pay feature to function on a mobile device you may need to complete some or all of the following steps:
- Delete the browser history
- Enable or allow cookies
- Turn off Pop up blocker
The login process is quicker. Online banking users will enter both their Access ID and Password on the Bank website.
Some of our customers have reported seeing two account log ins. (See image below)
This error can be corrected by clearing the cookies and website data in your internet browser. Please note that you may need to reenter saved passwords.
