The Bank will begin sending debit card fraud alerts to your mobile device through SMS messaging. These alerts will be delivered like a text message. They will warn you about possible debit card fraud and let you take immediate action.
If the Bank has your mobile phone number, you will receive an enrollment message. Replying YES to the message will enroll you in the SMS Fraud Alerts program. If you don’t receive an enrollment text message, contact your local branch for help.
If you don’t have a mobile device with SMS messaging or just prefer a phone call. Don’t worry. The Bank will also continue to call you if fraud is detected.
