From February 24th to February 27th, Country Bank and Mohave State Bank will complete a software integration which will enhance the Bank’s operations, products and services.

The product and service enhancements highlighted below will help us better meet Country Bank account holders needs during and after the software integration. The information on this page pertains to customers with Country Bank accounts only. Click the plus sign next to each topic to learn more.

Since the completion of the Country Bank and Mohave State Bank merger, our banking team has received and listened to great feedback from many of you. With these comments in mind our combined team has been busy refining the products and services we offer along with how we provide them.

The system enhancements this February will help us improve our ability to service your accounts, offer new products and services and implement some of the changes you have been requesting. On February 25th and 26th, Voice/ Telephone Banking will allow account inquiries but other functions will be off-line until February 27th. After the 27th, please call 888-444-9250 for all Voice/ Telephone Banking transactions. Listen carefully as the menu options will have changed.

In addition, if you have multiple banking relationships with our Bank, the enhancements will allow us to waive some fees based on combined balances. Contact us for more details.
Beginning on February 27th, the Country Bank website will redirect to a combined Country Bank/ Mohave State Bank website. You can continue to use the www.countrybankaz.com web address. The look and feel of the page will change to reflect the combined Bank and updated products and services.
Accessing Your Personal Banking Account: (Click for Business Banking Account Instructions)
At 6:00pm on February 24th, your current Country Bank online banking will go into inquiry only mode. This means you will not be able to perform transactions such as transfers or bill pay during this period of time. Beginning February 27th, you will be able to access your online banking through Mohave State Bank’s online banking portal. 

Username:
If your username had capital letters or spaces, your username will be updated to all lowercase without spaces. For example, if your username was Arizona Rocks, it will now be arizonarocks. Additionally, your username will now be called your Access ID. 

Password:
The first time you log-in to online banking following the enhancements you will use a temporary password. This password will be the last four digits of the user’s Social Security Number. Foreign customers who don’t have a Social Security Number should contact their local branch.

Transfers, Bill Pay, and Alerts:
Recurring transfers and Bill Pay information, such as merchants and scheduled payments, will not need to be re-entered after integration. However, all account alerts, such as check cleared alerts, low balance alerts, and deposit post alerts, will need to be re-established. The following five steps will guide you through this process:

  1.  Simply log on to online banking and click “Messages” on
    the top menu.
  2. From the “Alerts” menu, choose the alert type.
  3. Next, click “Setup New Alert”.
  4. Click on the top right pull down menus for account type
    and alert preference. After you have made your selections,
    click “Next”.
  5. Next, select your account and alert details. Enter your
    email or phone number where you wish to receive your
    alert. Click “Finish”.
To view, edit, or delete alerts, first log on to online banking and click “Messages”. Choose the alert type you would like to modify. Next, locate and click “New”, “View”, “Edit” or “Delete” listed next to the alert. Make your changes and click “Finish”.





Accessing Your Business Banking Account:
Beginning on February 27th, the Country Bank website will redirect to a combined Country Bank/ Mohave State Bank website. Account log in is found on the right side of the homepage. Please note, your username will remain the same but your password for online banking account will change.

Username:
Your username will be called your Access ID but will remain the same.

Password:

The first time you log-in to online banking following the enhancements you will use a temporary password. This password will be the last four digits of the company’s EIN.

Transfers, Bill Pay, and Alerts:
Recurring transfers, Bill Pay information, such as merchants and scheduled payments, and Alerts will need to be re-entered after February 27th. We recommended making a note of any such information before the 27th to make setting up this information easier.




Transactions that are not downloaded on or before February 26th will not be available after that date and will have to be manually entered. To obtain the most accurate download please plan on completing your download between February 25th and February 26th.  As Country Bank completes its system conversion to Mohave State Bank, you will need to modify your Quicken/QuickBooks settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data.

Below are step-by-step guide for the different versions of Quicken/QuickBooks for Windows users:

All Country Bank customers will receive a statement ending on February 24th. Beginning in March, your statements will look different but will contain the same information.

If you are enrolled in eStatements, your historical statements will temporarily be unavailable via online banking. If you are in need of a statement, please contact us at (928) 443-9595 or Toll-free (866) 701-1122.
Your current Country Bank checks will remain valid.
If you have automatic transfers between your Country Bank accounts, these services will continue.
New debit cards will be mailed beginning February 17th. You may begin using this new card on February 24th at 8:00am and destroy your old Country Bank card on February 27th. Your new card will be EMV chip enabled, which provides an extra layer of security. To activate your card, call 800-567-3451 and follow the prompts.

Card limits are as follows:
Personal Cards - $600/day cash withdrawal, $3,000/day purchase limit
Business Cards - $600/day cash withdrawal, $5,000/day purchase limit

Automatic payments linked to your Country Bank debit card will need to be updated to your new card.

As a debit card holder, you are now part of the Allpoint and Accel ATM networks. This means that you have access to over 55,000 surcharge free ATMs. Locate surcharge free ATMs online or download an ATM locator app at www.allpointnetwork.com.

All current direct deposits or automatic drafts to the Country Bank routing number (122105993) will be processed under the Mohave State Bank routing number (122105472) and will continue to process normally.
